-scissors
-curly ribbons

STEPS:
-Measure the garter according to the size of the waist

-Measure the fabric: Length=9 inches/ Width=20inches. (Note: The length must be based on how long you want it while the width remains the same)
-Cut it in strips.
-Get the stripped fabric, find the middle part, gather and compressed to create one column.
-Flip one of the gathered fabric into the garter. Make sure the hem is in line with the other side.

UNDER COLLAR ACCESSORY

My project is so easy! It will only take you a few minutes (depending on your sewing prowess) to revamp your plain collared button down. Here, I decided not to put the sequined lace over the collar to make it more discreet and to just give a hint of surprise. So here’s how to do it! Enjoy!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-collared button down
-sequined lace
-needle and thread
-scissors

STEPS:
-Flip the collar upward
-Place the sequined lace under. Make sure that the collar is not too wide to cover the under lace entirely, if that so, adjust the lace lower.
-Start sewing from the front to the back until the other side of the front.
-DONE!
